Where I can find an apartment in Nice, still in Paris?
I have wanted to move to Paris, where IM 18 is go to the Academy of Makeup forever Paris. What is in District 7. Are there apartments in the 7th district (I know it's expensive) or areas that have apartments relatives U.S. $ 1,000. 1 bedroom or a study would be good. Can anyone recommend websites with ads, or even good, safe in the neighborhood I live in New York today and not know everything that Paris, too. Thanks! This is not really a school mark for ever the Academy (for makeup) in District 7 (37, rue de Liège 75008 Paris), and wanted to be near that area. Would you want to know more about Paris. I honestly do not know much about the city. the number of people car? or walking and taxis are popular? Do you live there? if you could tell me any tips / advice on Paris that would be awesome! and Why what to avoid distict 19? Is there a gray area? What are the "bad" regions
Of course, there are many studies under this award in Paris, even in the most expensive districts. Jump to http://www.pap.fr/immobilier/?mode=recherche&produit=location§ion=offre&lieu=france and enter the city or ZIP code you want and the maximum price (650 €). For example, the 7th district zip code is 75007, the 16 is 75016, etc. The version English is translated by machine translation if the descriptions may seem a little weird at times. Try to find the nearest metro to the school you choose something along that line or a line with a single connection. You can enter the address of your school in the pink box (link below) and click on the neighborhood plan ". You can zom to see other subway lines, to the address. Http://www.ratp.fr/ When you rent, you must pay the first month + deposit equivalent security to 2 months rent. You will find it easier if you have a guarantor. You also need to get home insurance, but is cheap, especially for a small study. Avoid the north-east of Paris (19th district) and a little too far from their school. However, some parts of the districts expensive as the 7th, 16th and 8th are so quiet and residential, you may feel a bit scared to go home late for a child of her own, but are generally safe. I would rent in a downtown area near shopping areas. Some little street just off a busy shopping street can be very quiet and pleasant. You can also browse listings FUSAC (France and U.S. Contact), but most places are super expensive (most Americans like to live in Paris in luxury and pay full price): http://www.fusac.fr/en/annonces_categories.php What is the exact address of your school? Edition: 19 is directed downward, and is not sure the other side of Paris 7. 2nd ed: Well, based on postal code your school is not in the 7th, but in the 8th (9th border). Give me just a minute and I'll review the underground lines. 3rd edition: Okay, is right next Saint Lazare station. Most of the area is fine, but do not go north to Pigalle (where all the sex shops are) or east to Station North (not the safest). Living in the south-east or west of the school. The only problem is that expensive … I'm going to bed (I work tomorrow morning, no party for me), but you can send me an e-mail through my profile if you have any questions. Paris tomorrow is also likely to answer your question, are still in the bed at that hour. I'm in the Paris area, but live in the United States right now.
