Advantages and disadvantages of vegetarian / vegan?

Lately (past 2-3 months), I found myself feel very guilty every time who knowingly eat a meal with meat bi-product of other animals (dairy). I still feel a little guilty knowing that my shampoo has been tested on animals or my couch is leather. Now that my biography is done with, here is my question. What, if any, drawbacks are related to health to take on a style vegetarian life, or if you want to go with the vegan life style tip? I know that the vegan lifestyle is a big step and requires a load of determination and commitment, and as knowledge of the products on the market contain, but there may come a day. I've been vegetarian for the past 2 weeks and have found no negative changes yet (not poop very solid). Should I expect radical changes in my body, in the coming weeks and in my carnivorous friends who know my decision to do a great job of fear-mongering?

Ok, this may sound frivolous buuuut – What are the advantages and disadvantages of eating meat? Here are some drawbacks: The consumption of animal products has been conclusively linked to heart disease, cancer, diabetes, arthritis and osteoporosis. Cholesterol (found only in animal products) clog arteries and animal fats, which lead to heart attacks and strokes. The colon cancer rate is higher in regions where meat consumption is high and lowest where meat consumption is rare. Cancers A similar pattern is evident for breast, cervical, ovarian and prostate lung. Therefore, someone can come and say that a vegan diet causes – Eh, more gas (more than vegetables Ruffage = More = More gas). Or you could say "you must control your intake of vitamin cuz meat and is much more abandon – paaaleeeeze. So, here's how it works: place to get calcium from leaching of vitamin D in cow's milk (quick question: Which country has the highest consumption of milk and the highest rate of osteoporosis disease? You Got It – America) have their calcium from – where do I start – spinach, cualiflower seeds seseame, chard, broccoli, and if you want some soy milk, tempeh, tofu. Instead of entering your protein from amino acids derived from animal meat that now receives amino acid derivatives grains and grains and vegetables and fruits and everything that does not cost the life to change. Consider for a moment how many people are having serious health problems who eat meat those who do not eat meat. The problem is that most people who eat meat do not want to admit it or not, said the cause is years and years of eating meat. They listen diabetes and who are not here that milk is a contributing factor. They intend arthritis and nobody made the connection for them. Well, the facts are there, take the time to look. As for guilt – swim will bring in the cows that gave them back in his leather sofa. But you can do something to help those who still are living. Start by adopting a vegan lifestyle: first place for animals and the environment, and finally himself. Take a moment and go Meat.org and learn how animals suffer and why you should put first. This information is what the industries of meat and dairy products want to see you.
